My Take

The game’s website explains that it rewards you for helping out your own mental health. The game is a version of Behavioral Activation therapy that tasks its users to go on daily adventures, collect pets, and rewards. I have actually attended Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, so I was very interested to try this game out. It is fairly easy to use and encourages its users to build new habits. The user gets to go on fun adventures with their pets and earn rewards all by doing real-world activities. Overall, I might use this game in my free time.

How I Use It

To incorporate this game into a lesson, it appears students would have to download it on their devices, which might be a pain. However, with that aside it would be simple to take breaks during lectures and have students play for 5-10 minutes.
