My Take
I really like that what each student does is significant to where their struggles are and moves them along at a pace that is reasonable to them. There is not the competition of who finishes first or everyone doing the same thing. It is a great target tool for those students who need more practice/repetition in the Math fluency while using fun grahics, sounds and games.
How I Use It
We use this program as an before school Math work. It is great because you can have a computer lab full of students who are all on their own pace. It works because each student is encouraged at their level and finds success each time they use it. We use it 3 times a week for a half hour session before school starts.

It was easy to use! Engaging, interactive, and fun!

Learning math facts without even knowing your working to learn!
Reflex requires very little work and effort on the teacher's part. My students excelled in learning their math facts, which made math much easier to teach. Students became mathematically fluent!
