My Take
I think it is an engaging tool that kids enjoy using to build math skills and problem-solving ability. I really appreciate the weekly reports and suggestions provided automatically from the program. Resources are sent to me weekly in emails that are targeted towards struggling students. This is a very useful feature that saves me time. Kids enjoy the games related to the lessons. I appreciate knowing that each child is working on a topic they need to work on. I follow up with additional support and am able to target each child's specific needs.
How I Use It
I use with students to differentiate instruction based on their needs. I love that each lesson begins with a pretest. Students who demonstrate high performance on the pretest can move on to the next lesson immediately without wasting time working on skills they have already mastered.
