My Take
As a teacher, I really like espark. I am impressed with the level of thought that went into each quest. They are taken to different websites to play games, read books, or get remediation. I especially like the videos at the end. Highly recommend.
How I Use It
My kids love Espark, or Sparkle as they call it. They log in and complete quests at their individual levels. The kids are working on skills that they need and at their own pace. They love this program.

Great tool for enrichment and or skill work
I love eSpark because it first starts students in math and reading with a placement quiz. Then, based on their results they are placed on a certain grade level and assigned a standards based skill in math and reading. It has great check-in tool and has fun and engaging videos and games for students to make learning. Lastly, I like to use the detailed student reports to track student growth and progress.

A wide range of activities for students to learn from and enjoy
I love how there are specific games for a wide range of math and ELA topics. Students can choose the topic they need more practice with. The games are also very kid-friendly and is able to guide students into getting the right answer. It is a good helping stone for kids and can allow students to do some self-teachingsy through the game as well, rather than asking a teacher.

eSpark for the win!!!
I LOVE eSpark! It is so easy for me to give them access to great videos, games, and learning modules that push them to the next level of learning. It gives me tons of data of how they are doing and sends me emails about small group suggestions with the students names that would benefit from it!
