Overall, it is an excellent resource. Long term success is the only question mark. Time will tell.

My Take

We are still very early in the game, but all indications so far point to eSpark as a valuable tool. I like the individuality and differentiation the most. Results are "black and white", and considering all of the extenuating circumstances of a special needs student, this is priceless. I like that I can focus better on specific skill deficits. I am anxious to see long term results.

How I Use It

I have special needs students. Differentiation is the key as well has working on and building from their functional level. As a teacher, gaps in learning become crystal clear. The only variable is student level of effort.
