My Take

I think the flash animation and high quality graphics will hold student interest. Some games are very simple and require essentially no learning curve and others are more complex and will require students to read the instructions to understand how to play the game. The game Belt Master, for example, was mostly eye hand coordination (would suggest using a mouse and not just the pad on a laptop). In contrast, the game Flight required more skill as you had to modify your paper plane to fly further. It is a site I will allow my students to visit when they have a little down time to relax.

How I Use It

I would use this site for enrichment and allow students to explore the wide variety of games perhaps at the end of period. Since there are many different games at this site I would ask students to find a game that interests them and let them play. In my opinion the games on this site incorporate more math and engineering concepts than some of the other "math game" websites available.
