K-2 was good. Now it is impossible to unsubscribe - they keep charging our account

My Take

There are currently much stronger programs via applications (DragonBox), online (BeastAcademy and CodeMonkey), and on paper (Mathematics Enhancement Programme, Challenging Word Problems from Singapore Math). Given that it is impossible to unsubscribe from Dreambox, I would not recommend them even for K-2, which used to be their only strong part.

How I Use It

Dreambox is OK for kids in K-2. After grade 2, a completely new program starts under the label Dreambox. The kids begged to stop it. So we did that about a year ago. Now it is impossible to login to Dreambox. We have written emails to their support and explicitly requested to unsubscribe and NOT charge our account. There has been no reply. Today we discovered they charged our account for an annual subscription. We will have to initiate a chargeback to the account in order to return our money.
