I love Desmos as a teaching tool! There is a graphing calculator, scientific calculator, geometry tool, and more. Teachers can also use Desmos as an interactive tool, going through problems step by step. This increases engagement within a classroom and also maximizing resources to its fullest potential.
How I Use It
Using Desmos is very efficient and effective for people without graphing calculators. Additionally, it is easy to use because it is simple to enter equations and have Desmos graph immediately. This is helpful for pre-calculus and calculus courses. I love how it is accessible to anybody, and it is free! Desmos has features that a real graphing calculator would have, and it is very convenient.

I like how you can zoom in or out of the graph. You can also put in any type of graph which is very useful.

great resource for graphing
I overall think this a very valuable resource as a teaching tool because it helps with visualization which can be so important for graphing. Additionally, students can add multiple coordinates and graphs and see how different variables interact.
