My Take
Know that students generally do not pay attention to the videos. Make sure that you have your students interested in the topic that the video covers, and then show the video to your students for knowledge-gain. Homework might be good way to use it since it is in general a good practice to bring lesson to home.

I would use a clip from them.

Great for watching videos on different topics!
This project as a teaching tool is limited to only remembering and understanding, and not analyzing or evaluating. What I did like about it though is how easy it is to follow along in the lesson videos. The lesson videos were made very children-friendly. It could serve kids as a way to get a different example for each topic and as a way to view from home after school.
