My Take
Countable has provided an easy way for my students to become involved in the American political process. Encouraging young people to be civically engaged is vitally important for the success of our republic, and Countable provides an excellent way to accomplish this goal. Countable is available in web and app version, allowing students to access quality information anywhere.
How I Use It
In my American Government and American Political Systems classes, my students created a FREE account with Countable, chose issues that were interesting to them, selected their elected officials (federal level), and then read accurate information on bills that were discussed in Congress. Countable provides information on current legislation that is easy for students to read and understand.
