My Take
This is a great tool for teachers. I would recommend this for teachers who have more access to technology and ideally in a one to one environment. It is definitely for middle school or higher due to the level of intricacy the game can have. There is a bit of setup time, but it is definitely time well spent especially when you get the kids involved from the beginning.
How I Use It
I used this website as a way to gamify my classroom. At the beginning of every class we spun the wheel of destiny and students were excited whether the results were positive or negative (especially when the wheel made me do something silly!). The program made students accountable to their groups and bonded their efforts together. There was a small learning curve for all of us but it helped with student motivation and engagement in the lessons.
