My Take
The Bloxels support team does not respond when important issues arise. I have not heard back from the Bloxels Sales Director in a week. They have not tried to call me back nor have they emailed. It’s a shame that I can find no-one to help me fill an order so that my students can begin creating. I was hopeful that the customer service would be better than last years. I will be taking my business now and in the future elsewhere. My students are going to be very disappointed!
How I Use It
My students have created some very engaging games using Bloxels. The game tools are fun and easy to manipulate. My issue is with customer service!

Was a great app, but now there are inappropriate student created games posted.
We used to love this app but have now removed it from our server. They aren't reviewing posted coding games created by students and some of those have scary characters and depict violence.
