My Take

I like this as a teaching tool for a center. It is a great reinforcement activity for students. I think it would be nice if there was just a flat fee for the app that would eliminate unlocking levels. I think this is an interactive app, but I do not think students would be interested in it after a few weeks.

How I Use It

I would use this app for students learning about animal characteristics (ie: fur, claws, feathers). The app is engaging and is user-friendly. This app is a guessing game to help "Babu" find his friends by matching animal clues. The app works great although, there is a 2.99 charge to unlock the "Habitat" and "Living Environments" games.

Listening and Following Directions with Animals

I think this App is more of a PreK - K App unless you are working with low functioning first graders. PreK and K student I think would enjoy this App more than my students did. I could see you making this into a center to working on following directions and listening skills. Using animals make the app more appealing to students but there is not much science content to the App.
