Support is Wonky, Data Sharing is Sketchy
Overall, the program shows a lot of promise. It would be really helpful, but the support has been really strange. They are very adamant on sharing data, almost to the point it feels like a scam. Our school refused to do data sharing with them, and it took an entire semester to get them to turn off data sharing. They then found out we integrated with clever and turned data sharing on that way. Then refused to give the teachers their own accounts because they wanted to link with clever for data sharing. There is really nothing they need data for? It's audio books?
Students wise it is a great resource. They can use it to help aid comprehension, but there has been a lack of support.

Audiobooks for EL students
I love using audiobooks to help struggling readers. They can be used to front-load students before reading a selection in class or they can be used as a re-read to help improve comprehension. Either way, English Learning students (and all students) can find success using audiobooks.
