Super fun review game that engages every student!
My students love it and ask for it and it literally engages every single student... even those who usually choose not to participate at all! I have never met a teacher that didn't love this game. The swapping opportunities and other game tricks are great because anyone can win... there is a chance factor, which is motivating to kids that would otherwise never win a game. I can't say enough good about this game. I love the power of engagement. I don't know any teachers that use it that don't love it, which is why I was surprised to see a negative review. Those of us who use it don't spread the word sometimes because it might not be as fun if every teacher used it! Also, it is super easy to set up a game and does not require any personal information from students or signing into an account to use it. It takes about 90 seconds to get a game started and everyone in! It is very competitive and everyone gets involved. Also, there are several different games to choose from. You can also assign solo games for homework. Not all the games have luck factors, the racing game is just a race to see who can answer a certain number of questions correctly.

Fun and engaging reviewing game
Students enjoy Blooket a lot because of the design, the newness, and the blooks collection. They get excited and are very engaged. It can be used the same way you use Kahoot (reviewing/trivia games very similar to Kahoot).
I use it as homework only with some grades and in-class with some other grades. When used in-class, the pace and "unfairness" could be an issue so the host (teacher) needs to make sure to clear it out before they start playing.
What is missing:
1. Sound - Reading out loud the questions and answers
2. A free detailed game report (Blooket Plus has it)

Better than other review-based quiz sites
Though not a perfect product, the game elements have my students more engaged and talking (my main objective) than the other options have. For my secondary purpose, reviewing or practicing content, you can make your own quizzes or use ones that are already created. Unfortunately, there's no way of determining accuracy of ready-made quizzes without reviewing every single question and answer yourself - similar to Kahoot and Quizizz. My students join using their school-based Google login. They are all enthusiastic about Blooket so I purchased the "Plus" version of ($35.88 for a year) enabling me to have more data and more game options. It also supports a site that has a lot of promise.

Great review game
It is similar to other sites like Gimkit, Kahoot, or Quizlet for reviewing facts that can be answered quickly.

Teaches children that the way to the top is cheating and stealing.
This game teaches children incorrect ideas and encourages cheating, lying, and other bad acts. It is not a fun game, as no children liked it. This wasn't caused by the game, but the smart kid got his head slammed against the desk by the other one. He is recovering. Long story short, the game teaches children that robbery is the only form of success.
