K-TOWN'92 is a great teaching tool for high school aged students to learn more about civil and racial unrest in America during the 1990s. This could be a great alternative to watching a standard documentary film in class as it allows users to jump around various clips, timelines, images and interviews. The site is entirely free to use as well which is always important when considering its audience. Some issues with the website as a teaching tool is that could be somewhat challenging for some students to understand without first going over background knowledge about the situation. Historical context and guided questions might be necessary for some students to keep track of all the narratives being introduced at once. For younger audiences as well I would be careful with certain clips which depict gun violence and police brutality, although necessary to understand the context of events, it may be too violent for some schools or students.
