A Teacher and Student Favorite
I love using eSpark! I can easily access student data and I love how students create videos that I can view at a later time to check for understanding. I also love that eSpark has REAL people reviewing student progress and that I receive messages to alert me on small group suggestions, and specific examples on what students missed.

e-Sppark is a very fun and engaging tool for kids to practice and learn math & reading skills. One of the best things is that it challenges students and keeps the quests at the level that they perform. It self levels to what the students need!
I am in a Dual Language classroom and I like that the instructions can be followed easily and they can hear them and have some images to help with understanding.

This is an excellent product. My students really enjoy it. Being an ELL teacher, I love how the stories are read to them and the students are able to listen to them as many times as needed. I love the feedback I receive on how my students are doing.
I loved the lessons it provides and the ability to move and place students according to how they are doing. I also love how the program informs me as to which students are struggling and what can be done to assist them. I love that it recognizes when a student has full knowledge of the concept. What I did not like is that the reports are only available on a weekly basis and I am not able to see and compare to previous weeks.

Great for Distance Learning Differentiation and Independent Centers
The kids were generally pretty engaged with the activities. The activities and lessons range from being really on point to being a little obscure for the kids. Sometimes kids just clicked buttons to get through them and learning was not happening, but most of the time they got something out of them. It could be hard for kids to navigate when they were redirected to a new tab. It is great to have real time feedback, but it is not always a perfect reflection of each student's ability. I really appreciated the emails from Espark with recommendations and updates on kids when I had not checked for a bit. Overall, I think it is a very good product. It is not a replacement for teaching, but it is excellent to reinforce learning and to differentiate for students' needs.

HIghly recommended program. eSpark allows us to reach out to all types of learners. I love that you are able to choose the standard you are working on and either provide additional support, or challenge the kids.
This is truly a great resource to have in the classroom. I am honestly amazed at how thorough and thought out this program is.

Very engaging academic program!
My students absolutely loved this program! They would beg me to use it. I really liked how easy it was to give differentiated assignments to all students and how it allowed my students to work independently and focus on their unique goals. I also liked that it gives you immediate data to see what students are understanding or struggling with. One thing I didn't like was that my kids began to "outsmart" the program and would get on other random games instead of staying with the eSpark website and pacing, so it does require some active monitoring. Overall, it's a very awesome program and I would recommend it to any educator especially if you teach in the older grades (3rd and above).

Great online resource which allows differentiation to meet students needs. Actively engages students in a fun and exciting way while boosting their education.
I absolutely love eSPark and will continue to use it in my classroom to support my students in Daily 5 and Math 3. It is a great resource for students because it is so engaging and students work towards a goal. I really liked how easy it was for my students to navigate and how well it held their attention and they continued to want to play throughout the year. I was able to look at student data daily and make changes to my small group instruction to meet the needs of all of my students. It was a great tool to use to make my reading groups and specify a certain skill that those groups needed to master in order to become great readers! I also used eSpark during my Math 3 rotations and was able to set up assignments that allowed for extra practice over a new concept that was taught that week. Students worked independently in small groups and when they were on Math with Technology they quickly signed on to eSpark and completed the assignment. Again, I looked at the reports to target skills that my students needed to master. Using the data from eSpark made me a better teacher as I was analyzing data more often and driving instruction to meet individual student needs. It was much harder to use as students were learning from home during the COVID-19 closures, but I still had about 50% of my kids sign on almost every day.
