I can't imagine the mess of paperwork that would exist if we didn't use Project Foundry. There are times when we've run into confusing bugs, but Shane and the Project Foundry team are responsive and ready to help. If you're really serious about PBL in your class, and want to move past paper forms and free apps, Project Foundry is worth checking out. If you're looking to start a PBL-focused school, Project Foundry is a must-have no-brainer.
