Great
I think this teaching tool is great. But I do believe it should be free. While I understand that paid subscriptions are how people make money. It is such a shame such a great resource will not be able to be given to all students around the world due to the costs. Furthermore, I liked how interactive and colorful it was. I think that is very important when capturing the child's attention.

Wonderful Differentiation Tool!
I like the fact that each students can have their own specialized lesson that goes according to their pace and their needs. It also provides a a lot of different activities to keep students engaged, such as videos, games, puzzles, coloring, etc. However, it is very difficult and time consuming to set up for multiple students. Also, I find that unless you are on top of the kids, the computer does not prompt them to go to more challenging levels (e.g., levels 1, 2 or 3 on puzzles) and sometimes students figure out how to just get through an activity (e.g., fast forward through the videos) in order to get to the tickets.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED-More than just a learning platform!
Overall, this is a must for all early education teachers and it is FREE for schools! You can't beat it. It allows you to track their progress and data. Another plus is that you can assign lessons for homework and print (or email) individual codes for them to log in at home. This part is free as long as they enter the code, but ONLY allows access to assigned lessons, not the whole site as used in the classroom. Another plus is that basically no matter where they navigate, they're learning. Only downfall is the "levels" on some of the activities. Students don't always know to change them, so you may have to explain some of these little things prior. It's fun, engaging, and I love sitting with the students when they reach a new milestone!

An exploratory platform for students to practice literacy skills
The plethora of engaging environments and interactive spaces gives the students plenty to explore and makes it fun for them to revisit across instructional days. Students also are able to keep track of their activity, allowing a first foray into the development of a personal database in the early elementary grades. The personalized avatars are also a nice touch to give another shade of ownership to the experience.

Engaging, Interactive, Diverse Educational Activities for Math, Reading, & Writing Skills!
This website is very engaging for students. The graphics and variety of activities students are exposed to with the integration of math, reading, and writing are inviting and interactive.
The website is a resource to help support or further understanding of a specific skill or concept. In my opinion, it is not built to be used as a primary source for teaching reading, writing, or math. As it it can be utilized as practice, the website only requires students to click on whatever skill they are practicing. Some of the activities may promote a deeper understanding, but I would say the majority are very basic and promotes repetition and practice of these skills.
As for support, it is definitely geared towards younger students (Pre-K-1st) or students who need that extra academic support. The graphics and presentation of the website is interactive, but is designed to appeal to a younger audience.
Overall, I think the website is interactive, includes diverse educational activities, and easily engages students for a good amount of time. Not to mention, in provides additional reinforcement for reading, writing, and math skills which are the building blocks for a strong foundation to these subject areas. I believe it is one of the better and most useful free educational websites available to educators and students.

Interactive and engaging website
I think this site is great for students because it engages them. There are many activities to do that are interactive. Once you have signed up each student, you choice what level they are on and the website populates activities based on their learning level. For my teaching, I find this helpful for students in my class are who are below level and need the extra support. Teacher support is hardly needed once the students begin using it. This website can also be found as an app, which allows students to access this from both the computer or a tablet.

Math, Science, Art, Music, Social Studies, Reading, Writing...ABC Mouse is an Integrated Curriculum Website!
My overall opinion is that ABC Mouse is gold for any educator! I love that it offers a range of lessons and it keeps track of the students reports. Another thing is that it is ideal for S.T.E.M. (Science, Mathematics, Engineering, and Mathematics) Schools. It keeps it fresh and different and it also encourages children to set goals and to reach them. It is great because once a student is exposed to it they are hooked and enjoys it greatly! I would not change on thing! I can even plan activities for the students according to my lesson plan. I can change lessons to be on animals and and space and change it each week to fit what I am teaching!
