As many classrooms head back into the virtual world this fall, hands-on activities do not need to be left behind. Join two Mooresville Graded School District teachers in North Carolina—Lindsay Smith, a high school science teacher, and Jill Zsupann, a third grade teacher—as they discuss how they incorporated active learning opportunities into their distance learning plans last spring. In this session, you will learn how they navigated getting supplies to their students, some of their favorite resources, and ideas for incorporating hands-on activities to get students excited about learning in the new school year.
