Tech Habit Challenge: Part 2
How can I build positive habits around media and tech to support my well-being?
After reflecting on their current tech habits in Part 1, students now learn how to transform those insights into action. In this second part of the two-part lesson, students apply principles of habit formation to develop personalized tech challenges tailored to their own digital lives. Students will support each other in setting realistic goals and identifying practical reminders to help their new habits stick.
