How can we use alternative thoughts to battle thinking traps?

Students play Brain Battle, an engaging card game that brings thinking traps and alternative thoughts to life. Through gameplay, students recognize common negative thought patterns that can be amplified by tech, while practicing positive thinking strategies that support their well-being.
