It Thinks I'm Playing the Notes Wrong, but I Heard the Recording and It's Right

My orchestra teacher is having us use this. She goes by the score it gives us. This problem is that most of the time for me it will mark it wrong so I can't get a high score even though I'm playing almost perfectly. Most of the time I'll be playing an easy scale and it will say that I got 40% or less. Don't use this, just have your students record a video of themselves playing what you want them to play and then have them send it to you.
