How I Use It

I used the activities as a review and a culminating assessment. The lesson came with several videos and activity worksheets, including an answer key. Students were engaged, they had discussions, disagreements, and creative solutions to the issues presented. Depending on the level of the students, some of the questions were too difficult and needed scaffolding. They needed more time to complete the work than I had allotted.

My Take

The videos are very engaging, professional, and elaborate; long enough to illustrate the point but short enough not to lose kids' attention. It is a great supplemental tool to teaching different marine biology topics. It serves as long-term projects and need considerable amount of time (depending on the type of activity.)
