How I Use It
I would use this product with a small group or an individual. It may be better used individually as you need to do a pre-assessment of your vocabulary before beginning the program to determine your level. I do think it would be very helpful in increasing vocabulary skills, especially for an advanced learner that is interested in pushing themselves.
My Take
This is not the most exciting format, as you independently study information about a word, then have to answer a quiz questions and then spell the word. However, it does have videos, quotes, basic word information as well as roots. It would be a worthwhile tool for someone that is driven on their own to progress and learn, or even prepare for college entrance exams. I think this would be a difficult tool for struggling students as it would lose interest quickly.
