How I Use It

This could be used with a variety of learners because it allows them to look up the definitions of words they are unsure about. The context can also be illustrated if the teacher incorporates images, videos, or links to extend the learning. Adding to the text was easy from the teacher perspective. It took about an hour because of the quality of questions and media I was adding to the story. There is easy navigation in the student view. Curriculet provides an index HELP menu. They also have user guides for both students and teachers. There example Curriculet’s illustrate the potential for teachers and allow customization. There are categories by grade, for novels, short fiction, non-fiction, poetry, history, and current events. I created a Curriculet to deepen the students understanding about a current event topic and incorporating maps and geography terms we are also studying.
