How I Use It

I used it most for summer school as a way to practice math facts. Students went through the program once each day and their progress was incredible! I know it is a successful program when my students want to go onto XtraMath. The only thing I would like to see is that they have a version of the program with a longer response time (before answers are showed). For some of my special education students, they need a longer response time. I made the settings the longest response time and it still is too short. Some of my students have processing difficulties and just need a little more time.

My Take

My students made incredible progress over the year with math fact fluency. They were motivated by their score changing everyday they used XtraMath. Since it is a web-based program, this is a great tool for students to use at home for practice.

XtraMath is a great resource for students to practice math fact fluency.
