How I Use It
I love this website for so many reasons. It is a great way to show what students learned about something if done after the lesson, but can also be done as a pre-learning activity to see what students know before they start. This website is easy to use and can be used by anyone who can type. I have used this website with adults at a professional development activity to share opinions and used it with kindergarten as a whole class activity to record student feelings. All enjoyed it and wanted to use it again and again. Saving it so we could print it in color was not easy and made it a little harder to do with the younger students which is why I did it as a whole class activity.
I have used this as an introduction activity and as a final project. I like it because it is easy to use and does not require a lot of set-up. It is a visual way to represent making it easy for all to understand. One part I do not like is that I can not save within the program. Since the color printer is not available in the lab I had the students save the finished product and I then printed it. We saved the image with the right click and save as. This did make it a little tougher with the younger students.
