How I Use It

I use it when we take opinion journals. I will paste all of the students text in, and create a wordle with the key words showing larger. It sets up a conversation about what we thought as a class. I also do this when we study for our semester test. I take my entire test and paste it in, and the largest words the students should be placing most of their study time in. It's a great tool to help them focus on the main points to study.

My Take

I think this is just a neat little trick to use as a focusing tool, or a way to get them to visually the main words in a paragraph or bulk of text. It can bring up great conversations when you paste in student work and see what text was used the most. It's versatile, but you have to be creative.
