How I Use It

My kids practice each week, completing 3-4 lessons each week. Students are able to progress at their ability and pace. Students like to see their progress through the levels. I also like the opportunity to monitor their progress and WPM. I can also give periodic typing tests to mark progress.

My Take

This is a great site for students to learn and practice keyboarding skills. Keyboarding is an important skill for students in the future. Keyboarding is listed as a necessary skill in the Common Core to meet standards. I know there are many methods students could use to input information, but keyboarding is specifically listed in the Common Core.
