How I Use It

I use this site with kindergartners as a way to introduce basic computer skills and reinforce early literacy skills. We begin by using the ABC blocks where students can practice clicking through a lesson on each letter of the alphabet. There are also drag and drop activities which help students learn to navigate a mouse and/or track pad.

My Take

I like this site as a teaching tool. Students quickly learn how to navigate the site and can progress through the lessons at their own pace. Students can practice reading rhyming words and then eventually read a book that incorporates the same words.

Great site for young students just learning to read!
