How I Use It

I used starfall.com as a student-led center in my kindergarten classroom. The website was used in conjunction with the lesson being taught in class. My class loved using the computer and it allowed them to receive additional practice time learning new letters and phonics. I also used Starfall to print practice sheets for the students to complete in class or as a practice homework assignment.

My Take

I like using Starfall with my students.The website could be used along with many letter recognition and phonics lessons. I would not recommend using this website as a stand alone teaching tool. The website works very good as an add on to a lesson. The students really enjoy using the website and learn from the activities.

Great site to accompany kindergarten lessons building letter recognition and phonics knowledge!
