How I Use It

I like to use Starfall activities as supplements to our monthly units- for example, when studying Recycling, we completed the Earth Day activity as a fun Friday activity using our TapIt. My kids also use Starfall during "lab" time using the classroom iPads. Our uses are much more limited on Starfall than on PBS (we only use the free activities).

My Take

I like Starfall for many of the same reasons I like PBS kids- it allows students to learn while "playing". The engagement factor is high- my kids are motivated by the colorful graphics and songs. We especially like the holiday activities-Earth Day is our classroom favorite.
