How I Use It
This is a great tool I use with my class. Instead of my students writing down in their planners to remind them of a test, or assignment due I use remind. I also use it to communicate with my parents and most importantly it is private. Students nowadays are glued to their phones and this is great to remind them for anything that is coming up in the classroom because they will see the reminder right away. There's no more "I forgot" or "I don't remember." This is a great communication tool with the teacher, students and parents.
My Take
My overall opinion on remind is that it's a great tool that I use in my classroom. I like that it is an up-to-date reminder tool. It's a great communication tool that I use between my students and parents. Parent's can know when assignments are due and what is going on in the classroom the same time as the students. This serves my kids by reminding them to be prepared for class.
