How I Use It

I like using Prezi,s in my classroom compared to a normal PowerPoint. It gives a new feel to the information. I love how everything can be put in these presentations (text, pictures, music, and video). I have done these as presentations in my AP Biology class as well as my 9th grade Living Environment class. In both classes I have had students make their own Prezi,s. After a little figuring out students had fun with it, and made some really good presentations. I have done this in small groups and individual.

My Take

This is not really a teaching tool if thats what you are looking for. The information must be brought into the program, then manipulated however you wish. I also like that if you are in a time crunch, you can search for Prezi's that are already created and make copies of them, and then manipulate them as well. I have only ever used the free version of this. Great presentation tool!!!
