How I Use It
Prezi presentations have endless options, but beware, it is easy for students to make bad Prezi's just like they can make bad poster board presentations. To make an organized, logical, complete and engaging presentation takes an enormous amount of creative and careful thinking. Some projects in which used and seen Prezi are book reports, demonstrations, summaries and "collage" type projects. All content should be general and non-identifying since it is published online.
Prezi is a fun and engaging web tool for creating presentations. There are similarities to a slide show, but Prezi allows for non-linear webs, cycles and other formats. Photos, text, PDFs, videos and music can be added to your presentation. Final Prezi's can be viewed one "slide" at a time or set to flow like a video. All Prezi's on the free account are public, so caution to parents and teachers about usernames and presentation content.
