How I Use It

Prezi is mostly used for full class presentations. Teachers can use this website to create slides to guide instruction. These presentations can be posted for students to access later. This helps students who may have missed the lesson stay caught up. Teachers can also imbed music, videos, screenshots, and PowerPoint presentations into their Prezi presentations. This website can also be used by students to create presentations and projects. Prezi is wonderful to use when you have wifi access, however Prezi will not function without wifi or internet access.

My Take

Prezi is like PowerPoint in that it is a way to create a visual aid for full class presentations, but it is free and more easily assessable online. Because Prezi is free, it is an equitable way to provide students with instruction. It is also an equitable way to ask students to create full class presentations of their own. Finally, Prezi is easily accessible online, so it is easier to easy to imbed YouTube videos. This makes presentations more seamless and coherent. This also makes it easy for students to access all aspects of the lesson online.
