How I Use It

I like using Padlet as a preview of what my students already know about a concept and as a way to recap their learning at the end of a unit. It's a great way to identify misconceptions and address them right away.

My Take

This tool is a great online post it note board. The students can add a note to a board I create in a minute's time. The board updates in real time and the students can see each other's posts. The updates aren't instantaneous, but if you just refresh, the whole board will update. Be sure that students know exactly how you want their notes labeled, especially if you are using this for a grade or participation. You want to make sure that everyone is accounted for!
