How I Use It
I used the video to start a discussion about cybersecurity. The short video really resonated with my students. We then talked about what the students know already. They then played the online game to prepare them for their next project which was to make a PSA about being safe online. I had the students take notes on a scratch piece of paper while they went through the challenges. All students were engaged and learning.
My Take
I really like the way Nova's website is set up. Overall, it's user friendly for students. The only downside is I haven't found a way for an educator to create a class and keep track of individual student's progress.
