How I Use It
My students regularly used this site as a resource on our "Passport to Learning" continents studies over the course of the 2013-2014 academic year. They loved the interactive videos (when we could get them to work - but I think that was more of an issue on our end and not the site's) and they learned so much human geography and culture. It's a great non-fiction reading source and is excellent for use with text features.
My Take
I really like the site, but I think it is a bit too text rich for my ELL students. There are colorful images and the sound files that make it more accessible, but I would love to see it in a translated form.
