How I Use It
I've used Microsoft Forms to collect data from students about a topic, to check for understanding and as a creation tool. Students were able to share evaluation feedback about an app or suggestions for the classroom. I have used it as a quick ticket out the door. Most recently, I had students create their own surveys based on what they've learned about a topic.
I think this is a great teaching tool to collect data quickly. I also love that it empowers students to do a different type of writing and thinking when they create their own surveys or quizzes. Time is of the essence is any school and Microsoft Forms is a time saver. The feedback you received about how many people have taken your survey, time spent and then the data itself is great to have at your fingertips. I also love that you can share your survey using links or a QR code.
