How I Use It
This product had a wide variety of games that students could play with each game focusing on a certain skill set. The games were very simple and straight forward. Some offered various levels such as easy, medium and hard which I liked. I also found that the problems got more difficult as the game progressed. Each game started off with instructions however the students need to be able to read them so students who struggling in reading will not start off on the right foot if they can't read the directions. I also felt the games are geared more towards younger students and my high school students would not be as engaged with them.
Overall I feel that this is a great site for younger students to practice their skills. This is definitely a site you would use for practice after you've taught a lesson or to review a topic. I really like how the number of games, the various skill level and that they progressed in skill the more you did them. While this is a great tool for students the ones who struggling with reading will struggle understanding the directions so I would suggest adding audio to the directions so students better understand. Overall it's definitely a site I would use with my students and own kids to help support and re-affirm their skills.
