How I Use It
Students create comic strips that describe/explain/involve various concepts in chemistry. The students were engaged and would have spent hours playing and designing comic strips. Students emailed their work to me when it was completed. A genre study of comic strips would probably have helped the students create comic strips more true to the style.
Encourages deep thought and understanding of serious concepts in order to transform them into humorous comic strips. Thoughtful assignment design is important to successful use of this tool.
