I feel this site is very engaging. You can assign different videos and short practices. This can be individualized for each student.

How I Use It

I use this to introduce new concepts to whole class on white board. After i have my students in, I may assign reviews or challenge activities depending on situations. I may assign a video and short practice for all student if we were just being introduce to a concept. I do have a net book cart and could have each child work on these or use in the computer lab.
