How I Use It
I will be teaching a News Crew class this upcoming year. This is a great website for students (4th graders) to retrieve current events in a kid-friendly manner. I can see some of my students going directly to the games section so I'm wondering if there's a way to just include the current events part on one page. This is great though because it's free and web based!
My Take
I would love to see more of the current news on the kids post versus historical articles that are in place. I would also like to see advanced words being hyperlinked to a dictionary link so they can look up the word and better their understanding. Perhaps at the end of the article, Kids Post can also add more links for students who want to learn more about the topic or the event.
