How I Use It
In my expertise, some students cannot completely grasp some concepts by the teacher-led instruction. For some reason, they just cannot catch on to the class lesson or perhaps have developed a mental block that keeps them from fully connecting to the lesson with ease. This app allows students to see instruction in a different way and practice until they feel comfortable with the lesson. They pace their own learning here and work until they understand.
My Take
I have not used this app as a teaching tool and incorporated it into my lessons other than permit students extra classroom time to research their topic here and build on current knowledge. In the future, I will probably implement this into my lesson plans early in the year and as part of my lesson plans so students can become familiar with its features as well as become comfortable with using it as an extra learning tool for themselves.
