How I Use It
Kerpoof is great for having students draw and create their own math story problems, write and illustrate poetry and stories, create their own movies and more. The only drawback is that they have to create an account if you want them to save their work. I did find the "Make a Movie" a little more complicated than the other features, but found a guide on how to use it under "Lesson Plans" on the site.
Kerpoof is great for elementary students of all ages- they can create drawings, movies, cards, and more! It is applicable to many subjects as well- math, writing, reading, and social studies. Students love using it- the only drawback is they can't save unless they create an account. For teachers, they have lesson plans that you can use and that are easy to follow. It is a great free alternative to KidPix (which became too expensive for our school district) and allows you to do more than TuxPaint (another free drawing program that our district uses).
