How I Use It
In a paper-free or paper-light classroom with digital devices, Kami is a must. I scan texts and the convert to a PDF. Using Kami and Google Classroom, students can then annotate the texts on their own. They can highlight, add text boxes and drawings and mark-up the text. For document based questions, it is a real paper-saver that allows for meaningful interaction with the documents.
Kami is a great app. With the paid version, you and your students get auto-save, which is a must. In the free version, you just need to be militant about "Save Now".
