How I Use It
I used it as a quick formative concept-check with my students.
Multiple choice questions are only as good as the various options/distractors. I find that because it's timed, students want to beat the clock rather than think carefully about the different options. When students write the questions they similarly write distractors as single word options. In short, it's fun and engaging, but the depth of thinking and the data it provides is not particularly actionable. I notice an over-reliance on Kahoot! because it's fun and competitive, but in terms of actual pedagogical practice, it's limited.
