How I Use It

I mainly use Kahoot! to review for tests. The students get really competitive about the game, so much so that sometimes they forget that they are even learning. I've also used it in my classroom to review simple things that I think they may have missed from the previous lesson. This is to ensure students have a solid understanding of the concept. When a majority of the students get it wrong, then I know I need to stop and further review.

My Take

I truly love Kahoot!, this game allows for whole class or even small group participation. In addition, there are many Kahoots already made, so usually can find one already done for you. On the flip side of that, it is incredible easy to create a Kahoot. You can use pictures, graphs, and as many answers as you'd like. It is not for higher level questions, but it is quick and easy way to analyze just where exactly your kids are with the material.
